Объектом исследования дипломного проекта добровольческий сектор Швеции. Предметом исследования являются особенности добровольческого сектора в Швеции. Дипломная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, и заключения. Во введении обосновывается актуальность выбранной темы, формулируются цель и задачи исследования, указывается объект и предмет исследования. Первая глава посвящена исследованию теоретических вопросов, в ней раскрывается сущность социальной политики в Швеции. Вторая глава также носит теоретический характер, в ней рассматривается положение добровольческого сектора в государстве, выделяются его особенности и исторические факторы его становления. В третьей главе проводится исследование определенного добровольческого центра в Швеции и разрабатывается специальный проект социально-культурной направленности для дальнейшего развития данного центра. Заключение содержит основные выводы по теме работы и прогнозы дальнейшего развития добровольческого сектора.

An object of the research is the non-profit sector in Sweden. The features of the non-profit sector in Sweden are a subject of the research. The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters and the conclusion. The introduction says about the actuality of the chosen topic, about the main aims of the research and about the object and the subject of the whole work. The first chapter is mainly about theoretical questions and opens the essence of the social policy in Sweden. The second chapter is theoretical as well and it says about the place of the non-profit sector in the Swedish state, determines the features of the sector and says about its history. In the third chapter a research of a specific volunteer center is described together with a self-created social-cultural project which can be used for the future development of the center. The conclusion includes in it the most important consequence of the thesis and the future development forecast for the non-profit sector in Sweden.
