The research paper studied the process of organizing cooperation between Russia and Finland in the sphere of culture. In this paper, the author describes the history and development of the legal framework of cooperation between Russia and Finland in the cultural sphere, and also studied forms and methods of cultural cooperation between Russia and Finland.
