Предметной областью диссертации явились модели и методы управления рисками инвестиционно-строительных проектов. В качестве объекта исследования принят инвестиционно-строительный проект гражданского строительства. Цель магистерской диссертации заключалась в разработке комплексной методики анализа и оценки рисков инвестиционно - строительного проекта и механизмов привлечения инвестиций в строительство. Для реализации этой цели в диссертации решены следующие задачи: выполнен анализ существующих концепций, моделей и методов управления инвестиционными рисками в строительстве; предложена классификация рисков инвестиционно-строительного проекта, позволяющая учитывать как инжиниринговые, так и предпринимательские риски в строительстве на всех этапах жизненного цикла проекта; проанализированы существующие подходы к анализу рисков инвестиционно - строительных проектов и выявлены критерии оценивания рисков в строительстве. разработана комплексная методика по анализу рисков инвестиционно - строительного проекта; выполнена проверка работоспособности и пригодности предложенной методики на примере управления инвестиционными рисками конкретного строительного проекта, в ходе которой доказана возможность ее применения на практике.

The subject area of the dissertation were models and methods of risk management of investment and construction projects. The object of investigation adopted by the Investment and Construction Project of Civil Engineering. The purpose of the master's thesis was to develop a comprehensive methodology for the analysis and assessment of the risks of investment - construction project and mechanisms to attract investment in construction. To achieve this goal in the thesis the following tasks are solved: the analysis of existing concepts, models and methods of investment risk management in construction; proposed risk classification of the investment and construction of the project, which allows to consider both the engineering and construction business risks in all phases of the project lifecycle; analysis of existing approaches to risk analysis of investment - construction projects and identified criteria for assessing risks in construction. developed a comprehensive methodology for risk analysis of investment - construction of the project; performed performance testing and suitability of the proposed method by the example of the investment risk management of a particular building project, during which proved the possibility of its application in practice.
