Выпускная работа на тему: «Анализ управления потенциалом сотрудника в организации», посвящена рассмотрению сферы косметологии и парикмахерских услуг и исследованию особенностей управления персоналом и конкурентоспособности компании. В работе проведен анализ потенциала сотрудников центра красоты ООО «Brand». На основе исследования в работе разработаны и экономически обоснованы эффективные мероприятия по совершенствованию управления потенциалом персонала.

In the work the analysis of the capacity of the staff of the beauty centre, OOO "Brand". Based on the research in this paper we developed an effective and economically justified measures to improve the management capacity of the staff.
