В диссертации разработан проект кайтшколы в прибрежной зоне Финского залива по заданию Службы государственного строительного надзора и экспертизы Санкт-Петербурга. В проекте разрабатываются принципиальные объемно-планировочные решения, производится расчет несущих конструкций, а также расчет экономической эффективности проекта в современных вычислительных комплексах. Результаты работы позволят наглядно определить выгоден ли такой проект для Санкт-Петербурга и насколько экономически он эффективен, а разработанные проектные решения позволят проводить дальнейшие исследования в области проектирования спортивных и образовательных учреждений в целях повышения эффективности объемно-планировочных решений.

In the thesis the project kite school in a coastal zone of the Gulf of Finland on the instructions of Service of the state construction supervision and examination of St. Petersburg is developed. In the project basic space-planning decisions are developed, calculation of the bearing designs, and also calculation of economic efficiency of the project in modern computer systems is made. Results of work will allow to define visually whether such project is favorable to St. Petersburg and how economically he is effective, and the developed design decisions will allow to conduct further researches in the field of design of sports and educational institutions for increase of efficiency of space-planning decisions.
