Данная работа посвящена разработке организационно-экономического механизма снижения затрат предприятия энергетической отрасли на производство электрической и тепловой энергии, использование которого возможно на всех типах электростанций с целью выявления резервов снижения затрат предприятия. Согласно этапам разработанного механизма проведено комплексное исследование затрат генерирующего энергию предприятия на производство электрической и тепловой энергии и определены основные организационные и технологические факторы, влияющие на формирование структуры издержек предприятия. Проведена апробация разработанного механизма на базе одного из генерирующих энергию предприятий Санкт-Петербурга и обоснована экономическая целесообразность внедрения технологического решения, предложенного в рамках разработанных мероприятий по снижению затрат.

This work is devoted to the development of organizational and economic mechanism of reducing the energy sector enterprise cost of production of electricity and heat, the use of which is possible on all types of power plants with the purpose of revealing of reserves to reduce enterprise costs. According to the stages of the developed mechanism it conducted a comprehensive study of the costs of generating energy enterprise for the production of electricity and heat and the main organizational and technological factors affecting the formation of the structure of costs of the enterprise. Also on the basis of one of the energy generating companies. St. Petersburg conducted testing mechanism developed and justified the economic feasibility of the implementation of technological solutions proposed in the framework of measures designed to reduce costs.
