Данная работа представляет собой изучение теоретических аспектов функционирования строительного рынка, анализ реконструкции и динамику рынка недвижимости, анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и разработка мероприятий деятельности на примере компании ООО «КВС». В теоретической части проведен обзор функционирования строительного рынка, рассмотрены проблемы ветхого жилья, и основные регулирования строительного рынка. В аналитической части работы проведен анализ реконструкции жилья в Санкт-Петербурге, динамика показателей рынка. Практическая часть работы представляет анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности компании и разработка мероприятий по деятельности в сегменте реконструкции.

This work represents studying of theoretical aspects of functioning of the construction market, the analysis of reconstruction and dynamics of the real estate market, the analysis financially - economic activity and development of actions of activities on the example of the KVS company. In theoretical part the overview of functioning of the construction market is carried out, problems of shabby housing, and the main regulations of the construction market are considered. In analytical part of work the analysis of reconstruction of housing in St. Petersburg, dynamics of indicators of the market is carried out. The practical part of work represents the analysis of financial and economic activities of the company and development of actions for activities in a reconstruction segment.
