В нашей работе речь идет о внедрении баренц - ферм на территории АЗ РФ. Для этого необходимо рассмотреть текущую ситуацию в АЗ РФ, рассмотреть ее особенности от других регионов страны, а также социально - экономические показатели. Также мы выявили важную проблему, это низкая продовольственная безопасность Северных регионов. Мы изучили, что об этой проблеме говорили до нас, какие методы для изучение уже применялись, и самое главное предлагаемые решения. Мы рассмотрели международный опыт решения подобных проблем, и установили, что ключ к решению, это заимствование положительного опыта, но с обязательными поправками на местные условия. Чтобы решить проблему продовольственной безопасности необходимо внедрение инноваций в сельскохозяйственную деятельность. Как пример инноваций, в своей работе предлагаем баренц- фермы. Отмечаем обязательное участие местных властей в реализации проектов. В расчетной части мы посчитал главные экономические показатели, на которые обращают внимание при выборе инвестиционных проектов.

In our work we are talking about the implementation of the Barents - farms in the territory of the Russian Federation AZ. To do this, you must consider the current situation in the Russian Federation AZ, consider its features from other regions of the country, as well as socio - economic indicators. We also found an important problem is the low food security of the Nordic regions. We learned that on this issue, said to us, what methods were used for the study already, and most importantly offered solutions. We have reviewed the international experience of solving such problems, and found that the key to solving this borrowing positive experience, but with the mandatory adjustments for local conditions. To solve the problem of food security is necessary to introduce innovation in agricultural activities. As an example of innovation in their work we suggest Barents farm. justifies their introduction in economic terms and financial attractiveness. As part of the settlement, we considered the main economic indicators, which pay attention to when choosing investment projects.
