Выпускная работа бакалавра посвящена анализу факторов развития отрасли жилищно-гражданского строительства в Санкт-Петербурге. Работа состоит из трех глав, каждая из которых раскрывает следующие аспекты анализа. В первой главе представлен анализ теоретических концепций, посвященных анализу отраслевого развития. Вторая глава включает в себя анализ состояния отрасли жилищно-гражданского строительства в Санкт-Петербурге. Третья глава содержит расчетную часть работы, где представлен количественный анализ влияния факторов на выбранную отрасль.
Bachelor graduation paper is devoted to the factor analysis of house building industry in Saint-Petersburg. The work consists of three parts, each of them is devoted to following aspects. The first part contains the theoretical analysis of industrial development. The second part includes the inter-temporal changes analysis of house building industry in Saint-Petersburg. The third part represents the calculation of factors' influence on the industry.
