In this graduate work there are different methods of evaluating doses of a human: evaluation procedure of radiation dose of radionuclides, containing in a human body; analysis human biological tests; investigation with human radiation spectrometer; estimation of average annual effective dose. There is also determined information from expeditionary researches, which were carried out at radioactive contaminated territories, suffered from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident in remote period after accident. In this work there are execution of current average annual effective dose estimation of people, who are living in radioactive contaminated territories and calibration of human radiation spectrometer. This spectrometer is executed for estimation of radiation dose of internal exposure of human.
