В рамках данной работы были изучены теоретические аспекты эфективного реального курса. В работе показано, что в российских условиях говорить об однозначном доминировании положительных или отрицательных эффектов от укрепления валютного курса невозможно. Выявлены группы отраслей, выигрывающих и проигрывающих от укрепления реального курса, а также не зависящих от данного фактора.

In this work, we studied theoretical aspects of an effective real course. The paper demonstrates that in Russia one can not talk about the definitive dominance of the positive and negative outcome from strengthening of the exchange rate. The authors highlight those sectors which gain and loose from strengthening of the exchange rate as well as those which do not depend on this factor.
