Целью магистерской диссертации работы является сравнительный анализ рынков электроэнергетики России и Китая. Провести оценку рынка электроэнергии России; рассмотреть потенциал взаимодействия России со странами БРИКС в области энергетики; исследовать особенности инвестиционного сотрудничества в сфере энергетики в современных условиях; проанализировать рынок электроэнергетики Китая, его структуру и особенности развития; выявить особенности ценообразования и государственного регулирования электроэнергетики в Китае; выявить роль России в энергетической политике Китая; выявить проблемы сотрудничества России и Китая в сфере электроэнергетики; предложить направления усиления энергетического сотрудничества России и Китая.

The objective of this work is a comparative analysis of the energy markets of Russia and China. To assess the electricity market of Russia; to consider the potential for cooperation of Russia with the BRICS countries in the field of energy; explore the features of investment cooperation in the energy sphere in modern conditions; to perform the electric power market of China, its structure and development characteristics; identify the features of pricing and state regulation of electric power industry in China; to identify the role of Russia in energy policy of China; to identify problems of cooperation of Russia and China in the electricity sector; to offer directions of strengthening energy cooperation between Russia and China.
