Целью данной работы является анализ затрат для принятия управленческих решений и выявление резервов снижения затрат промышленного предприятия с целью получения большей прибыли. Для достижения цели проведён анализ финансовой деятельности предприятия, рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управленческого учёта, изучена основная терминология. Также была проведена классификация затрат и характеристика методов их учёта, изучена система калькулирования себестоимости.

The purpose of this work is the analysis of expenses for adoption of administrative decisions and identification of reserves of decrease in expenses of the industrial enterprise for the purpose of receiving bigger profit. For achievement of the purpose the analysis of financial activity of the enterprise is carried out, theoretical aspects of management accounting are considered, the main terminology is studied. Also, classification of expenses and the characteristic of methods of their account was carried out, the system of calculation of prime cost is studied.
