В работе рассмотрены финансово-хозяйственная деятельность компании ООО «Ареал», основные положения по разработке и осуществлению бизнес-плана, проанализирован рынок строительства и строительных материалов в области берегоукрепления и габионных конструкций, рассмотрены сформированы основные этапы по развитию строительного направления- берегоукрепление на основе бизнес-плана, проведены оценка потребности в материальных, трудовых, финансовых ресурсах, анализ безубыточности, проанализированы показатели экономической эффективности и спрогнозированы основные финансовые показатели предприятия ООО «Ареал» в условиях реализации бизнес-плана.
