Целью работы является обоснование финансового лизинга оборудования. Для достижения цели был проведен анализ законодательных и нормативных актов Российской Федерации, постановления Правительства Российской Федерации и Минфина России, определяющие условия развития лизинга, а так же произведены расчеты всех финансовых показателей деятельности предприятия и сделаны выводы по каждому из них. Расчеты показали, что в результате реализации предложенного инвестиционного проекта будет наблюдаться рост практически всех финансовых показателей за исключением показателя обеспеченности собственными оборотными средствами.

The aim is to study financial leasing of equipment. To achieve the goal of an analysis of legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of Russia, defining the conditions of the lease, as well as calculations are made all the financial indicators of the company activities and conclusions for each of them. Calculations have shown that as a result of the implementation of the proposed measures will be observed the growth of almost all financial indicators except indicator of availability of internal funds.
