Объектом исследования является строительство аэродрома для региональной авиации на базе взлетно-посадочной полосы "Бычье поле" на о. Котлин в г. Кронштадт Ленинградской области. Цель работы - оценить эффективность инвестиционного проекта (на примере строительства аэродрома в г. Кронштадт). В работе описан бизнес-план аэродрома, есть теоретические и методические положения инвестиционного анализа, проведена оценка эффективности инвестиционного проекта.

The object of study is the construction of the airport for regional aviation on the basis of the runway "Bull field" at the Kotlin island in Kronstadt, Leningrad region. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project (for example, the construction of an airfield in the city of Kronstadt). The paper describes the business plan of the airfield, there is a theoretical and methodological principles of investment analysis, assessed the effectiveness of the investment project.
