Целью исследования является проведение сравнительного анализа платежных систем РФ, КНР и ЕС, выявление проблем экономической безопасности и предложение мер по их снижению. Для достижения цели рассмотрен и проанализирован международный опыт развития платежных систем в Китае, РФ и Евросоюзе и принципы обеспечения экономической безопасности Китая, РФ и Евросоюза. Научная новизна настоящего магистерского диссертационного исследования состоит в формулировании и группировке конкретных проблем при функционировании платёжных систем в РФ, КНР и ЕС; оценки степени решения проблемы стабильности их функционирования в части: своевременного регулирования платежных обязательств между субъектами платежной системы, обеспечения бесперебойности платежей и непрерывности денежного оборота страны, а также управления и поддержание ликвидности участников платежной системы; определении основных путей решения проблем защиты платёжной системы РФ и обеспечения её экономической безопасности.

The aim of this study is a comparative analysis of the Russian payment systems, China and the EU, identifying the economic security and proposal for mitigation measures. To achieve the goal reviewed and analyzed international experience in the development of payment systems in China, the Russian Federation and the European Union and the principles of ensuring the economic security of China, the Russian Federation and the European Union. Scientific novelty of the master's thesis research is to formulate and disposition of the specific problems in the functioning of payment systems in Russia, China and the EU; assess the degree of solving the problem of stability of their operation with regard to: the timely regulation of payment obligations between subjects of the payment system, to ensure continuity of payments and the continuity of the monetary circulation of the country, as well as management and maintenance of liquidity of the participants of the payment system; definition of the basic solutions to the problems of protection of the payment system of the Russian Federation and ensure its economic security.
