Целью диссертационного исследования является совершенствование документооборота на выбранной действующей крупной строительной компании. Выявить проблемы и недостатки документооборота выбранного строительного предприятия. Для достижения поставленной цели в диссертации решаются следующие задачи: 1. Выбор объекта исследования. 2. Анализ порядка документооборота на выбранном предприятии. 3. Анализ основных параметров специализированных программ взятых для внедрения на предприятие. 4. Оценка эффективности практического применения специализированных программ для ведения документооборота в строительной компании.

5. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию документооборота строительной компании. 6. Анализ результатов внедрения специализированных программ для совершенствования ведения документооборота строительной компании. Научная новизна. В данной работе выполнен анализ и систематизация потоков внутренних документов, действующих взаимосвязей при организации внутреннего документооборота строительной организации. Произведено структурирование и адаптация специализированных программ в документооборот действующего строительного предприятия. Практическая значимость. Практическая значимость работы состоит в возможности применения результатов исследования на практике на схожих по структуре строительных предприятиях, в том числе анализа и выявления ошибок в документообороте на крупных строительных предприятиях. Объектом исследования диссертации является документационное обеспечение деятельности Строительной компании «Гильдия Жилищный капитал» (г. Москва). Предметом исследования в данной работе является система документирования деятельности Строительной компании «Гильдия Жилищный капитал» (г. Москва). Анализ документооборота Строительной компании АО «Гильдия Жилищный капитал» показал, что документирование деятельности предприятия ведется на высоком уровне, в том числе компанией внедрена система электронного документооборота. Но так же были выявлены ряд недостатков: отсутствие четкого порядка регистрации документов; нарушения правил оформления и подготовки документов; отсутствие номенклатуры дел предприятия. Внедрение более подходящего для деятельности конкретного анализируемого предприятия программного продукта, устранит данные ошибки и недостатки.

This thesis is an introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The aim of the research is the improvement of the current workflow for the selected large construction companies. Practical significance of work consists in possibility of application of research results in practice are similar in structure construction enterprises, including analysis and detection of errors in document management for large construction enterprises. The object of the research is a documentary maintenance of activity of Construction company "Guild Housing capital" (Moscow); Object of research is system of documentation activities; Construction company "Guild Housing capital" (Moscow); Analysis workflow of Construction company JSC "Guild Housing capital" has shown that documenting the activities of the enterprise conducted on the highest level, including the company implemented electronic document management system. But it also revealed a number of shortcomings: the lack of a clear procedure for the registration of documents; violations of the rules of registration and preparation of documents; the absence of nomenclature of the enterprise. The introduction of more suitable for specific activities of the analyzed company software product, eliminate data errors and faults.
