Цель работы: внедрение услуг аутсорсинговой компании в сфере найма персонала на предприятие ООО «Друзья - отели и хостелы».Структурно выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав и заключения. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические основы понятия аутсорсинг. Во 2-ой главе проводится анализ главных аспектов организации, а так же рассматривается система найма и обучения персонала на предприятии. В 3-й главе расписаны предложения по разработке эффективной системы обучения персонала, вносится предложение о внедрении аутсорсинга в сфере найма персонала, и подсчитывается эффективность этого внедрения. В заключении делаются необходимые выводы.
