The goal of this work is to select and substantiate the most appropriate method of first mass series housing living condition improvement. The sociological survey of occupants of districts with a such houses predominance was conducted. Technical calculations of two additional floors superstructure constructions and preparation of foundation overloading were carried out. The optimum thickness of the heat-insulating layer is calculated. The payback period of the solar panels installation is calculated. Economic comparison of the existing house renovationwith the new building erection was carried out.

Целью данной работы является выбор и обоснование наиболее целесообразного метода улучшения жилищных условия домов первых массовых серий. Проведён социологический опрос жителей районов с преобладанием таких домов. Проведены технические расчёты конструкции надстройки двух дополнительных этажей и последующей перегрузки фундамента. Рассчитана оптимальная толщина теплоизоляционного слоя. Рассчитан срок окупаемости установки солнечных панелей. Проведено экономическое сравнение реновации существующего дома с возведением нового здания.
