Supply Chain Management is the foundation of any manufacturing company. Training of specialists in this field is the key to optimizing and improving processes in the supply chain. The objects of this study are companies that are interested in using active training methods for specialists, especially in the field of supply chain management. The purpose of the work is to research and interview the companies about the ways of training specialists, using as an example, the Fresh Connection business simulator. As a result of the work, the opinions of the representatives of the companies were analysed. A general attitude and view on the active forms of training specialists has been formed.

Управление цепями поставок это основа любой производственной компании. Тренировка специалистов в этой области ключ к оптимизации и улучшению процессов в цепи поставок. Объектом этого исследования являются компании, которые заинтересованы в использовании активных методов тренировки специалистов, в том числе в области управления цепями поставок. Целью работы является исследование и опрос компаний о способах тренировки специалистов на примере бизнес симулятора Fresh Connection. В результате работы был проведен анализ мнений представителей компаний. Сформирован общий настрой и отношение к активным формам обучения специалистов.
