The object, chosen for this thesis work research, is a variety of the blockchain technology application oppor-tunities. The subject of this thesis work research is the Russian national innovation system development through the blockchain technology implementation. This work aims at revealing and examining prospective blockchain applications, which could force the im-provement of the Russian national innovation system (particularly, in the finance). In order to explain and justify the hypotheses, that were suggested and tested within this thesis paper frame-work, the regression analysis was implemented. As for the scientific novelty, this work has discovered and summarized the advantages of the blockchain tech-nology, prospective areas for its application in the Russian Federation, and some difficulties, associated with its imple-mentation. As for the practical novelty, this work has studied the relationship between the blockchain advancement dy-namic and the national innovation system development. This work is considered as relevant, as it can serve as an information basis for forming the Russian national in-novation system development policy.

Объектом исследования данной выпускной квалификационной работы магистра является множество возможностей применения технологии блокчейн. Предметом исследования данной работы выступает развитие национальной инновационной системы России с помощью использования технологии блокчейн. Цель данной работы заключается в выявлении и изучении перспективных путей применения технологии блокчейн, которые способны стимулировать развитие национальной инновационной системы России (в частности, в финансовой сфере). Для того чтобы объяснить и подкрепить гипотезы, выдвигаемые и тестируемые в ходе данной работы, был осуществлён регрессионный анализ. Научная новизна данной работы проявляется в выявлении и изучении достоинств технологии блокчейн, перспективных направлений для её развития в Российской Федерации, а также сложностей, связанных с её реализацией. Что касается практической новизны, в данной работе была проанализирована связь между динамикой развития технологии блокчейн и совершенствованием национальной инновационной системы. Данная работа считается актуальной, поскольку может служить информационной базой для разработки политики по развитию национальной инновационной системы Российской Федерации.
