Объектом исследования является ООО «Портэнерго». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка методов усовершенствования системы закупочной деятельности компании ООО «Портэнерго» в рамках определения эффективного подхода к закупкам путем апробации стратегии на ключевых номенклатурных группах. Ключевые задачи выпускной квалификационной работы: – исследовать теоретико-методические основы моделирования бизнес-процессов; – рассмотреть основные составляющие бизнес-модели закупочной деятельности; – привести алгоритм формирования оптимальных закупочных стратегий; – анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Портэнерго»; – дифференцировать и спрогнозировать данные в надлежащей форме для применения алгоритма; – сформировать закупочные стратегии и подходы к закупкам на основе исходных данных; – оценить эффективность рассмотренной модели; − провести оценку рисков и разработать мероприятия по их митигации. В настоящей работы рассмотрены теоретико-методические подходы к описанию и моделированию бизнес-процессов. Помимо этого, более подробно охвачен раздел методологии разработки бизнес-модели закупочной деятельности. Проведен анализ ООО «Портэнерго»: анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, параметров компании, внутренней и внешней среды компании, в частности смоделированы базисные единицы процесса закупочной деятельности в нотациях диаграмм ARIS. В работе модифицирован и применен алгоритм разработки бизнес-модели закупочной деятельности путем разработки и оценки эффективности закупочных стратегий с учетом требований бизнеса. В результате проведенных исследований, оценена эффективность применения закупочных стратегий ключевых номенклатурных групп.

The Object of study is LLC “Portenergo”. The goal of the final qualification work is the development of methods for improving the procurement system of LLC “Portenergo” within the framework of determining the most effective approach to procurement by testing the strategy on key nomenclature groups. The main tasks of the master's thesis are: − explore the theoretical and methodological foundations of modeling business processes; − to consider the main components of the business model of pur-chasing activity; − lead algorithm for the formation of optimal procurement strate-gies; − analysis of financial and economic activities of LLC “Portenergo”; − differentiate and predict the data in the proper form for the application of the algorithm; − form procurement strategies and approaches to procurement based on source data; − to assess the effectiveness of the considered model; − conduct a risk assessment and develop measures for their mitigation. In this paper, theoretical and methodological approaches to the description and modeling of business processes are considered. In addition to this, section of the methodology for developing a business model for procurement activities is covered in more detail.The analysis of Portenergo LLC: analysis of financial and economic activities, parameters of the com-pany, internal and external environment of the company, in particular, modeled the basic units of the procurement process in the notations of ARIS diagrams. The work has modified and applied the algorithm for developing a business model for procurement activities by developing and evaluating the effectiveness of procurement strategies with regard to business require-ments. As a result of the research, the effectiveness of applying procure-ment strategies to key nomenclature groups has been evaluated.
