Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы магистра является зерновая торговая компания ООО «ВИКОР». Цель магистерской диссертации – анализ теоретических положений и методической базы по разработке финансовой стратегии предприятия, а также разработка направлений её совершенствования. В работе проведен анализ деятельности ООО «ВИКОР», в ходе которого была выявлена финансовая неустойчивость предприятия вследствие отсутствия финансовой стратегии. Была разработана стратегия управления ООО «ВИКОР», которая подразумевает внедрение Системы сбалансированных показателей. Для автоматизации данной системы рекомендовано использовать программный продукт QPR ScoreCard. Для улучшения управления резервами ООО «ВИКОР» предполагается введение автоматизированной программы управления резервами – FORECAST & SUPPLY. Также рекомендовано внедрение программного продукта «Управление взысканием дебиторской задолженности». Внедрение Системы сбалансированных показателей для разработки финансовой стратегии ООО «ВИКОР» считается экономически целесообразной. Использование данной программы позволяет решить ряд стратегических проблем предприятия еще на этапе разработки его финансовой стратегии.

The object of the graduate qualification work of the master is the grain trading company LLC "Vikor". The purpose of the master's thesis - an analysis of theoretical positions and methodological framework for the development of the financial strategy of the enterprise, as well as the development of directions for its improvement. The paper analyzes the activities of LLC “Vikor”, during which the financial instability of the company was revealed due to the lack of a financial strategy. The management strategy of LLC “Vikor” was developed, which implies the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. To automate this system, it is recommended to use the software QPR ScoreCard. In order to improve the management of reserves of LLC “Vikor”, the introduction of an automated reserve management program, FORECAST & SUPPLY, is proposed. Also recommended is the implementation of the software “Management of collection of receivables”. The introduction of the Balanced Scorecard for the development of the financial strategy of LLC “Vikor” is considered economically viable. Using this program allows you to solve a number of strategic problems of the enterprise at the stage of developing its financial strategy.
