Объектом исследования является цифровая экономика Российской Федерации. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является определение уровня цифровизации Российской Федерации на основе анализа международного опыта и разработка рекомендаций по развитию цифровой экономики. На основе анализа международных цифровых экономик стран-лидеров были изучены риски и барьеры, выделены недостатки и преимущества стратегий, также были изучены возможности применения данных стратегий в Российской Федерации с учетом нынешней экономической ситуации в стране. На основании полученных результатов, сравнительного анализа и статистических данных были созданы рекомендации по развитию цифровой экономики и обеспечению благоприятных условий международной экономики.

The object of the research is the digital economy of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to determine the level of digitalization of the Russian Federation based on the analysis of international experience and to develop recommendations for the development of the digital economy. Based on an analysis of the international digital economies of the leading countries, risks and barriers were studied, the disadvantages and advantages of strategies were highlighted, and the possibilities of applying these strategies in the Russian Federation, taking into account the current economic situation in the country, were examined. Based on the obtained results, comparative analysis and statistical data, recommendations were made for the development of the digital economy and the provision of favorable conditions for the international economy.
