Настоящая дипломная работа посвящена разработке проекта атомной электрической станции с реакторами типа ВК суммарной электрической мощностью 2600 МВт. Прототипом выбран реактор ABWR. Произведен выбор основного и вспомогательного оборудования энергоблока. Осуществлен расчет тепловой схемы энергоблока АЭС на номинальном режиме работы и при работе на 75% от номинальной мощности. Проведены геометрический, нейтронно-физический и теплогидравлический расчеты реактора. Осуществлена компоновка и выбор электрооборудования АЭС. В качестве специального задания к проекту был разработан видеокадр входящий в комплект ВК ВИУТ. Рассчитаны технико-экономические показатели и проведена оценка экономической эффективности данного проекта. Рассмотрены основные мероприятия по охране труда. Выполнена графическая часть дипломного проекта.
Purpose Subject of diploma project is a design of NPP with a capacity of 2600 MW and with nuclear reactors VK-1300. As a prototype the standard ABWR was chosen. Its general purpose is electricity production in the Udmurt Republic. Electricity generated there is not enough for internal consumption in the region. Design / Methodology / Approach Neutron-physical parameters were calculated by four-group approximation method, cell calculation and homogenization technique, «first collision» method, Amuayal-Benua-Gorovets technique, Honeck technique. As a comparison of the results, also the calculations were made in the programming package “SAPPHIRE”. Special Task Subject of special task is video frames (VF) development for turbine control head engineer. Which is the part of NPP control human-machine interface. The system is developed for new NPPs with VVER. VF performs informative function for operator. The process of the pump VF of main cooling water system development is shown in this project. Findings Designed VK-1300 reactor is safe from the point of view of neutron-physical and thermo-hydraulic calculation results. On the basis of technical and economical results it can be approved that the cost of electricity is quite low, the projected NPP has reasonable pay-back period. It can be expected that the creation of the reactor facility based on VK is advisable.
