Магистерская диссертация направлена на разработку энергоэффективной теплозащитной оболочки здания при реконструкции ограждающих конструкций жилых домов типовой серии 1–511. В процессе работы был проведен анализ существующих конструктивных решений по реконструкции ограждающих конструкций, произведен теплотехнический расчет жилого дома, разработаны и технико-экономически обоснованы принятые энергоэффективные мероприятия, определен прогнозируемый срок окупаемости инвестиций. Полученные рекомендации по энергоэффективной теплозащите ограждающих конструкций могут применяться для жилых домов постройки 1960-70-х годов при их реконструкции. Также показана необходимость в проведении реконструкции ограждающих конструкций жилых домов типовой серии 1–511 на основе повышения уровня теплозащитной оболочки.

The master's thesis is aimed at developing an energy-efficient heat-shielding envelope for a building during the reconstruction of the enclosing structures of residential buildings of the 1–511 series. In the course of the work, an analysis was made of the existing design solutions for the reconstruction of the building envelope, the thermal engineering calculation of the dwelling house was made, the adopted energy-efficient measures were developed and technically-economically justified, the predicted payback period was determined. The obtained recommendations for energy-efficient thermal protection of enclosing structures can be applied to residential buildings built in 1960-70-ies during their reconstruction. Also shown is the need to reconstruct the enclosing structures of residential buildings of the 1–511 series based on the increased level of the heat-shielding shell.
