Объектом данного исследования является международная транспортно-экспедиторская компания ООО "РЕНУС интермодальные системы". Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является совершенствование технологии международных автомобильных грузоперевозок. На основании результатов исследования необходимо предложить рекомендации по совершенствованию технологии международных автомобильных грузоперевозок. В этой работе была проведена организационно-экономическая оценка деятельности международной транспортной и международной транспортно-экспедиторской компании ООО «РЕНУС Интермодал Системс», а именно маркетинговый анализ, конкурентный анализ, а также анализ ресурсного потенциала предприятия и проведен анализ основных экономических показателей хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Были разработаны и проанализированы логистические маршруты доставки грузов автомобильным и железнодорожным транспортом и проведена оценка их эффективности для предприятия. По результатам исследования технологии международных автомобильных грузоперевозок, а также организационно-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия было выявлено, что международной транспортно-экспедиторской компании ООО «РЕНУС Интермодал Системс» нужно радикально изменить работу отдела логистики, что необходимо для совершенствования технологии международных автомобильных грузоперевозок. Поэтому была подготовлена специальная программа по улучшению финансово-хозяйственной деятельности макроэкономического объекта - ООО «РЕНУС Интермодал Системс», которая включает в себя схему максимизации прибыли предприятия и внедрения корпоративной информационной системы SMR, которая позволяет увеличить финансирование цепочки поставок, оптимизировать закупочную деятельность, а также улучшить обслуживание клиентов на основе правильного выбора поставщиков.

The object of this research is the international freight forwarding company LLC "RENUS intermodal systems". The aim of the final qualifying work is to improve the technology of international road cargo transportation. Basing on the results of the research it is necessary to offer recommendations for improving the technology of international road cargo transportation. In this work the organizational and economic assessment of activity of the international transport and international freight forwarding company LLC “RENUS Intermodal Systems” took place, and exactly the marketing analysis, the competitive analysis, and also the analysis of resource potential of the enterprise and the analysis of the main economic indicators of economic activity of the enterprise were carried out. There were developed and analyzed the logistics routes of delivery of goods by road and rail transport and the assess of their effectiveness for the enterprise was carried out. According to result of the research of the technology of the international road cargo transportation, as well as the organizational and economic activities of the enterprise, it was revealed that the international freight forwarding company LLC “RENUS Intermodal Systems” needs a radical change in the work of the logistics Department, which is necessary for improving the technology of the international road cargo transportation. Therefore, there was prepared a special program to improve the financial and economic activities of the macroeconomic object – LLC “RENUS Intermodal Systems”, which includes a scheme to maximize the profits of the enterprise and the entering of the corporate information system SMR, which allows to increase the financing of the supply chain, optimize purchasing activities, as well as improve customer service based on the correct choice of suppliers.
