Данная магистерская работа посвящена разработке отраслевой SCOR-модели для предприятий, выполняющих государственный оборонный заказ. Был проведен анализ существующей законодательной базы, определяющей деятельность предприятий, выполняющих государственный оборонный заказ. Был проведен анализ деятельности оборонно-промышленного комплекса в Российской Федерации. На основе полученных данных, проведен SWOT-анализ отрасли, выявлены основные проблемы и направления их решения. Разработана SCOR-модель для предприятий, выполняющих оборонный заказ, путем определения ключевых показателей эффективности выполнения государственного оборонного заказа и выявления особенностей и целей их применения на различных стадиях описываемого процесса.

This master thesis is devoted to the development of industrial SCOR-model for enterprises performing the state defense order. An analysis was made of the existing legislative framework defining the activities of enterprises performing the state defense order. An analysis of the activities of the military-industrial complex in the Russian Federation was carried out. On the basis of the data obtained, a SWOT-analysis of the industry was carried out, the main problems and directions for their solution were identified. A SCOR-model was developed for enterprises performing a defense order by determining key performance indicators for fulfilling a state defense order and identifying features and objectives for their application at various stages of the described process.
