Магистерская диссертация сфокусирована на анализе развития науки, техники и инноваций стран БРИКС и, в частности, Китая. Рассматриваются стратегия и управление в сфере науки, техники и инноваций, а также трансфер технологий, коммерциализация и новые источники роста. Анализируются основные международные соглашения о партнерстве и планы сотрудничества стран БРИКС с целью изучения научно-технического и инновационного развития стран-участниц БРИКС для более объективного вывода о реальном уровне развития. Оценка рейтинга, необходимая для более детального анализа, который представлен в магистерской диссертации, производится на основе различных индексов, таких как Глобальный индекс инноваций, Международный индекс защиты прав собственности и Индекс глобальной конкурентоспособности. Проведен анализ работы индустриальных зон Китая. В заключительной части предложен вариант распределения как российских, так и зарубежных проектов по высокотехнологичным зонам.
This master research focuses the Science, Technology and Innovation development analysis of BRICS counties and China’s STI analysis in particular. Science, Technology and Innovation policies and governance are reviewed as well as issues such as technology transfer and commercialisation and new sources of growth. The main international partnership agreements and cooperation plans of BRICS countries are analysed to investigate the Science, Technology and Innovation development of member countries to make a more objective conclusion about the real level of growth. Rating assessment that is necessary for a more detailed analysis that is provided in master thesis is made based on different indices such as the Global Innovation Index, International Property Rights Index and the Global Competitiveness Index. China’s industrial development zones’ performance is investigated. In the final part, the allocation of both Russian and foreign projects to China’s high-tech zones is proposed.
