Объектом анализа в работе является предприятие торговли ООО «НеоПроф». Целью данного исследования является анализ эффективности и перспектив развития деятельности исследуемого предприятия. В результате проделанной выпускной квалификационной работы была достигнута главная цель исследования – проведен анализ эффективности и перспектив развития деятельности предприятия ООО «НеоПроф». В настоящей работе рассмотрен анализ рынка плоского металлопроката в России. Описаны основные конкуренты, их преимущества и недостатки. Дана организационно-экономическая характеристика ООО «НеоПроф». Проведен анализ основных экономические показатели хозяйственной деятельности исследуемого предприятия. Проведен комплексный анализ эффективности хозяйственной деятельности и выявлены основные проблемы исследуемого предприятия. Спрогнозированы основные показатели хозяйственной деятельности исследуемого предприятия, сделана сводная таблица по показателям фирмы на 2019 год. Разработаны мероприятия по усовершенствованию эффективности хозяйственной деятельности ООО «НеоПроф», а также проведена экономическая оценка предложенных мероприятий.

The object of analysis in the work is the trade enterprise LLC «Neoprof». The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and prospects for the development of the activities of the studied enterprise. As a result of the final qualifying work, the main goal of the research was achieved - an analysis of the effectiveness and development prospects of the company «Neoprof» was carried out. In this paper, an analysis of the market of flat metal in Russia is considered. The main competitors, their advantages and disadvantages are described. Given the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC «Neoprof». The analysis of the main economic indicators of economic activity of the enterprise. A comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of economic activity was carried out and the main problems of the enterprise under study were identified. Predicted the main indicators of economic activity of the studied company, made a summary table of the company in 2019. Developed measures to improve the efficiency of economic activities of LLC «Neoprof», as well as an economic assessment of the proposed measures.
