Объект исследования: Транснациональные корпорации (ТНК) Китая. Предмет исследования: зарубежные инвестиции ТНК Китая: прямые, портфельные Цель: проанализировать динамику прямых и портфельных зарубежных инвестиций ТНК Китая, разработать и апробировать методику прогнозирования активности ТНК Китая по сделкам слияния и поглощения (M&A). Исходя из поставленной цели, можно выделить следующие задачи: 1. Изучить теоретические и методологические аспекты по ТНК; анализировать деятельности ТНК Китая; стратегия управления рисками ТНК Китая. 2. Рассматривать привлечения и размещения прямых и портфельных зарубежных инвестиций ТНК Китая. 3. Анализировать основных секторов экономики, наиболее привлекательных для сделок слияния и поглощения (M&A) с точки зрения китайских компаний. 4. Описать методику анализа и прогнозировать активности ТНК Китая по сделкам слияния и поглощения (M&A): ADL модель. 5. Апробировать методики анализа и прогнозировать сделок M&A ТНК Китая: ADL модель. 6. Описать проблемы и оценка рисков иностранных инвестиций китайских транснациональных корпораций. Выпускная квалификационная работа содержит три главы. В первой главе рассмотрено развитие транснациональных корпораций ТНК Китая, во второй главе рассмотрена динамика прямых и портфельных зарубежных инвестиций ТНК Китая, в третьей главе прогнозирование активности ТНК Китая по сделкам слияния и поглощения (M&A). Используя модель ADL, делается вывод: взаимосвязь между слияниями и поглощениями с другими факторами.

Object of study: Transnational Corporations (TNC) of China. Subject of research: foreign investment of TNC of China: direct, portfolio. Objective: To analyze the dynamics of direct and portfolio foreign investment by TNC of China, to develop and test a method for predicting the activity of TNC in China under mergers and acquisitions (M & A). Based on the goal, we can select the following tasks: 1. To study the theoretical and methodological aspects of TNC; analyze the activities of the TNC of China; risk management strategy of TNC of China 2. To consider attracting and placement direct and portfolio foreign investment by TNC of China. 3. To analyze the main economic sectors that are most attractive for mergers and acquisitions (M & A) from the point of view of Chinese companies. 5. Describe the method of analysis and predict the activity of the TNC of China on mergers and acquisitions (M & A): ADL model. 6. 8. To test the methods of analysis and forecast the M & A deal of TNC of China: ADL model. 7. Describe the problems and risk assessment of foreign investments of Chinese transnational corporations. The final qualifying work contains three chapters. The first chapter describes the development of China’s transnational corporations (TNC), in the second chapter, the dynamics of direct and portfolio foreign investments of China’s TNC are considered, in the third chapter, predicting the activity of China’s TNC on mergers and acquisitions (M & A). Using the ADL model, the conclusion is: the relationship between mergers and acquisitions with other factors.
