В настоящей работе представлены результаты исследования электрических и фотоэлектрических свойства структур на основе композита проводящего полимера MEH-PPV с включениями халькогенидов свинца и кадмия: полимер MEH-PPV/микрочастицы CdSe, полимер MEH-PPV/микрочастицы CdTe, полимер MEH-PPV/квантовые точки PbS. Исследованы фотопроводимости полученных образцов. Исследованы спектры фото-ЭДС. Исследованы зависимости сигнала от длины волны. Исследованы зависимости фотопроводимости от напряжения. Исследованы зависимости фотопроводимости от концентрации. На основе полученных полученных результатов сделаны выводы о электрических и фотоэлектрических свойствах структур.
This paper presents the results of a study of the electrical and photoelectric properties of structures based on a composite of a conducting polymer MEH-PPV with inclusions of lead and cadmium chalcogenides: polymer MEH-PPV / CdSe microparticles, polymer MEH-PPV / CdTe microparticles, polymer MEH-PPV / PbS quantum dots. The photoconductivity of the obtained samples was investigated. The photo-emf spectra were studied. The dependence of the signal on the wavelength were investigated. The photoconductivity dependence on voltage was investigated. The photoconductivity on concentration was investigated. The conclusion about the electrical and photoelectric properties of the structures were made based on the obtained results of research.
