В данной работе изложена сущность BIM-управления проектом общественного здания на основе использования BIM-стандарта. Разобрана структура BIM-стандарта проектной организации на основе международного опыта. Произведен анализ CAD и BIM-схемы управления проектом, определены главные преимущества и недостатки рассмотренных схем. Разработан и внедрен BIM-стандарт для управления проектом бизнес-центра. Определены главные преимущества разработанного BIM-стандарта. Оценена экономическая эффективность внедренного BIM-стандарта.
In this paper, the essence of BIM-management of a public building project based on the use of the BIM-standard was described. The structure of the BIM standard of the project organization was analyzed on the basis of international experience. The CAD and BIM project management schemes were analyzed, the main advantages and disadvantages of the considered schemes were identified. A BIM standard was developed and implemented for managing a business center project. The main advantages of the developed BIM standard were identified. The cost-effectiveness of the implemented BIM standard was evaluated.
