В данной работе изложено обоснование необходимости внедрения системы Microsoft Dynamics AX в симбиозе с системой баз данных Lotus Notes, возникшей на стадии слияния компаний «Tumlare Corporation A/S» и «Kuoni GTS». Необходимо проанализировать текущую работу компании, сделать сравнительный анализ показателей деятельности компании до и после внедрения, так как главной целью внедрения нового программного обеспечение является повышение эффективности работы компании. Были проанализированы такие показатели как взаимодействие отделов компании, а также взаимодействие компании с поставщиками и клиентами. Было составлено техническое задание, в котором были выявлены требования для программного продукта. На основании данных требований была проведена экспертная оценка уже существующих решений и выбрано наиболее подходящее ПО для компании. После было проведено внедрение и тестирование системы. На основании показателей деятельности компании после внедрения был проведен анализ эффективности внедрения и рассчитаны показатели срока окупаемости и простой нормы прибыли.

In this paper, the rationale for the need to implement the Microsoft Dynamics AX system in symbiosis with the Lotus Notes database system, which arose at the stage of the merger of Tumlare Corporation A / S and Kuoni GTS, is presented. It is necessary to analyze the current work of the company, to make a comparative analysis of the performance of the company before and after implementation, since the main goal of introducing new software is to increase the efficiency of the company. We analyzed such indicators as the interaction of company departments, as well as the company's interaction with suppliers and customers. A technical task was drawn up, in which the requirements for the software product were identified. Based on these requirements, an expert assessment of existing solutions was carried out and the most suitable software for the company was selected. After the implementation and testing of the system was carried out. Based on the performance of the company after implementation, an analysis of the effectiveness of implementation was carried out and indicators of the payback period and simple rate of return were calculated.
