Объектом исследования является архитектура ИТ-сервисов, обеспечивающих анализ показателей деятельности организации. Предметом исследования являются показатели мониторинга выполнения плана производства продукции на предприятии. Целью исследования является формирование архитектуры ИТ-сервисов, обеспечивающих возможность анализа показателей выполнения плана производства продукции. В данной работе изложена сущность подхода к созданию и разработке архитектуры ИТ-сервисов для разработки информационной системы на основе математического показателя, используемого для получения данных о производственной деятельности компании. Описана технология разработки и проектирования реляционных баз данных. Приведены общие понятия, относящиеся к экономическим и математическим основам описания области исследования. Разработан конечный программный продукт, который прошел успешную апробацию. Разработанная информационная система введена в опытную эксплуатацию на предприятии.

The object of study is the architecture of IT services that provide an analysis of the performance of the organization. The subject of the study are indicators for monitoring the implementation of the production plan at the enterprise. The aim of the study is the formation of the architecture of IT services, providing the ability to analyze the performance indicators of the production plan. In this paper, the essence of the approach to the creation and development of the architecture of IT services for the development of an information system based on a mathematical indicator used to obtain data on the production activities of the company is described. The technology of development and design of relational databases is described. The general concepts related to the economic and mathematical foundations of the study area are given. The final software product was developed, which was successfully tested. The developed information system was put into trial operation at the enterprise.
