Объектом исследования является телекоммуникационная компания Huawei, являющаяся российским подразделением крупнейшей китайской технологической корпорации Huawei. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка рекомендаций по управлению финансовыми ресурсами компании. Предмет исследования – процесс управления финансовыми ресурсами компании и показатели, характеризующие его. Работа состоит из трех частей. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты управления финансовыми ресурсами. Во второй главе анализируются методы управления финансовыми ресурсами. Третья глава посвящена управлению финансовыми ресурсами компании ООО «Huawei».

The object of the study is the telecommunications company Huawei LLC, which is the Russian division of the largest Chinese technology corporation Huawei. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop recommendations for managing the financial resources of the company. The subject of the research is the process of managing the company's financial resources and the indicators characterizing it. The work consists of three parts. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of financial management. In the second chapter analyzes the methods of financial management. The third chapter is devoted to the management of the financial resources of Huawei LLC.
