Объект исследования – ПАО «Детский мир» Предмет исследования – влияние различных факторов на величину товарных запасов и скорость их обращения. Целью данной работы является анализ факторов, влияющих на сумму и скорость обращения товарных запасов в сети розничных магазинов «Детский мир», разработка мероприятий по нормализации суммы товарных запасов. Задачи:  проанализировать комплекс факторов, влияющих на сумму товарных запасов и скорость их обращения в ПАО «Детский мир»;  разработать комплекс мероприятий по нормализации суммы товарного запаса и ускорению их товарооборачиваемости;  провести экономическую оценку разработанных мероприятий. При написании работы были использованы следующие методы исследования: сбор информации, логический анализ, сравнение, систематизация и обобщение собранных данных, анализ документации компании, изучение и анализ интернет-сайтов. На основе анализа факторов, влияющих на сумму товарных запасов и скорость их обращения в ПАО «Детский мир», были выделены основные недостатки в управлении, планировании и нормировании товарных запасов на предприятии. Были разработаны мероприятия, направленные на нормализацию товарных запасов и более эффективному расходованию средств предприятия в области закупок. Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что разработанные рекомендации позволят ускорить оборачиваемость товарных запасов и приведут к дополнительному высвобождению средств, что положительно скажется на финансовых показателях компании.

The object of the study – PJSC "Detsky Mir". The subject of the research is the influence of various factors on the value of commodity stocks and the speed of their circulation. The purpose of this work is to analyze the factors affecting the amount and speed of circulation of commodity stocks in retail stores "Detsky Mir", the development of measures to normalize the amount of commodity stocks. Tasks:  to analyse the complex of the factors influencing the sum of commodity stocks and the velocity of circulation of PJSC "Detsky Mir";  to develop a complex of actions for normalization of the sum of commodity stocks and acceleration of their turnover;  to conduct the economic assessment of the developed actions. When writing the work, the following research methods were used: data collection, logical analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization of the collected data, analysis of company documentation, study and analysis of Internet sites. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the amount of inventories and the speed of their circulation in PJSC "Detsky Mir", the main shortcomings in the management, planning and rationing of inventories in the enterprise were identified. Measures have been developed to normalize inventories and more efficient spending of the company's funds in the field of procurement. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the developed recommendations will accelerate the turnover of inventories and lead to additional release of funds, which will have a positive impact on the financial performance of the company.
