В выпускной квалификационной работе проведено создание бизнес-плана по разработке веб-сайта. Объектом исследования и разработки стал сайт биржи мастеров красоты и цель работы состоит в том, чтобы проанализировать рынок в данной нише, произвести маркетинговый анализ и финансовые расчёты для того, чтобы понять выгоден ли проект. Также дипломная работа содержит раздел с коммерческой привлекательностью проекта, где рассматривается инвестиция и сроки её окупаемости, по итогу расчётов данная инвестиции получится очень выгодной, при заданной ставке дисконтирования. Финансовая часть бизнес-плана показала, что проект является весьма прибыльным, исходя из расчётов затрат, как постоянных, так и переменных, и выручки. Был рассмотрен организационный план компании и его структура, описана деятельность основных подразделений и сотрудников компании. По итогу создания квалифицированной выпускной работы будет разработан бизнес-план для реального проекта.

In the final qualifying work carried out the creation of a business plan for the development of the website. The object of research and development was the website of the exchange of masters of beauty and the purpose of the work is to analyze the market in this niche, to make a marketing analysis and financial calculations, in order to understand whether the project is good. The thesis also contains a section with the commercial attractiveness of the project, where the investment and the payback period are considered. According to the results of the calculations, this investment will be very profitable at a given discount rate. The financial part of the business plan showed that the project is very profitable, based on the calculation of costs, both fixed and variable, and revenue. The organizational plan of the company and its structure were reviewed, and the activities of the company's main divisions and associates were described. Following the creation of a qualified graduation work, a business plan for a real project will be developed.
