Объектом данной выпускной квалификационной работы является предприятие оптовой торговли Общество с ограниченной ответственностью "Тритон" (ООО "Тритон). Предметом исследования - оценка состояния и перспективы развития предприятия малого бизнеса в сфере торговли. Цель работы– разработка проекта создания интернет-магазина женского белья «Тритон». В процессе достижения данной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: проанализировать состояние малого и среднего предпринимательства в России;провести оценку состояния ООО «Тритон»; разработать проект создания интернет-магазина женского белья «Тритон»; оценить экономическую эффективность бизнес-плана создания интернет-магазина женского белья «Тритон». Для реализации цели необходимо выполнить следующие задачи: оценить состояние малого предпринимательства в России, проанализировать структуру и эффективность организации коммерческой деятельности на конкретном предприятии, рассмотреть проблемные аспекты в организации работы предприятия, разработать план по оптимизации процессов в организации. В данной работе изложены основные аспекты организации коммерческой деятельности на предприятии розничной торговли ООО «Тритон», специализирующейся на продаже и производстве одежды и аксессуаров одежды.. Дана комплексная оценка деятельности предприятия. Проанализированы позиции компании на рынке в России. Изучена специфика работы в данной отрасли. Разработан ряд рекомендаций по улучшению организации коммерческой деятельности на предприятии.
