Объектом исследования являются прямые иностранные инвестиции и их влияние на экономическое развитие страны. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ притока и оттока прямых иностранных инвестиций, а также их влияние на экономическое развитие страны, для формирования выводов о состоянии, влияния ПИИ на развитие экономики России и Германии. На основе собранных статистических данных проведен корреляционно-регрессионный анализ влияния оттока и притока ПИИ страны на экономическое развитие стран (России и Германии). На основе анализа выявлено, что на приток ПИИ в России влияют индекс инноваций, число предприятий и организаций и высококвалифицированные специалисты, там самым так же выявлено, что на экономическое развитие страны очень сильно влияют ПИИ и инновационное развитие в стране. Сделан вывод: что России надо увеличивать темп роста ВВП и больше расходовать федерального бюджета в сферу инноваций, увеличивать число организаций и численность высококвалифицированных специалистов и улучшать индекс инноваций, там самым привлекая ПИИ, которые в свою очередь напрямую улучшают экономическое развитие страны.

The object of the study is foreign direct investment and its impact on the economic development of the country. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the inflow and outflow of foreign direct investment, as well as their impact on the economic development of the country, to form conclusions about the state, the impact of FDI on the development of the economies of Russia and Germany. Based on the collected statistical data, a correlation-regression analysis of the impact of the outflow and inflow of FDI of the country on the economic development of countries (Russia and Germany) was conducted. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that the inflow index in Russia is influenced by the FDI inflow, the number of enterprises and organizations and highly qualified specialists, it was also found out that FDI and innovative development in the country greatly influence the country's economic development. The conclusion was made: that Russia needs to increase the GDP growth rate and spend more of the federal budget in the sphere of innovations, increase the number of organizations and the number of highly qualified specialists and improve the innovation index, thereby attracting FDI, which in turn directly improve the country's economic development.
