Объект исследования - стратегии устойчивого развития стран. Предметом данной работы являются подходы к оценке уровня устойчивого развития стран. Целью исследования является разработка рекомендаций по реализации стратегии устойчивого развития в Российской Федерации на основе анализа международного опыта. В ходе работы были изучены теоретические основы концепции устойчивого развития, проанализирован международный опыт реализации стратегии устойчивого развития, рассмотрены программы устойчивого развития Великобритании и Российской Федерации, исследована институциональная среда в рассматриваемых странах, проведен сравнительный анализ стратегий устойчиво-го развития Великобритании и Российской Федерации, проведен сравнительный анализ достижения прогресса по целям устойчивого развития Великобритании и Российской Федерации, изучены существующие методы оценки устойчивого развития, разработан интегральный показатель оценки уровня устойчивого развития на основе теории нечетких множеств, произведена оценка уровня устойчивого развития в Великобритании и Российской Федерации на основе предложенного интегрального показателя и разработаны рекомендации для перехода к устойчивому развитию в Российской Федерации. В данной работе на основе качественных методов, включая системный подход и сравнительный анализ, проводится анализ международного опыта в области устойчивого развития. С помощью теории нечетких множеств производится оценка уровня устойчивого развития исследуемых стран.

The object of the study is sustainable development strategies of countries. The subject of this work is approaches to assessing the level of sustainable development of countries. The goal of the study is developing recommendations based on the analysis of international experience for the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development in the Russian Federation. During the work, the theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development were studied, international experience in implementing sustainable development strategies was analyzed, the sustainable development programs of Great Britain and the Russian Federation were reviewed, the institutional environment in the countries was studied, a comparative analysis of the sustainable development strategies of Great Britain and the Russian Federation was carried out, a comparative analysis of achievement progress on the sustainable development goals of Great Britain and the Russian Federation, studied existing methods for assessing sustainable development, an integral indicator for assessing the level of sustainable development based on the theory of fuzzy sets was developed, the level of sustainable development in the UK and the Russian Federation based on the proposed integral indicator was estimated and recommendations for the transition to sustainable development in the Russian Federation were developed. In this paper, an analysis of international experience in sustainable development based on qualitative methods, including a systematic approach and comparative analysis is carried out. Using the theory of fuzzy sets, an assessment of the level of sustainable development of the countries is made.
