In this work the method of modernization of a matrix of a control system of engine is presented, are considered thermal and static loading of the piston. Researches on operability of a detail are conducted and optimization is performed. The static and thermal research of the piston of the engine allows to reveal the most suitable option for the developed engine meeting its characteristics and service conditions. The best option meeting all conditions of thermal and static loading and to the greatest output characteristics of engine is presented further. 5 regime points as an example were chosen and on these modes optimization is made. By an example it is possible to simulate and improve other modes of this or other engine. After editing a matrix test calculation of loading of the piston is made. The presented calculation procedure can be used for optimization practically of any internal combustion engine.
