Объектом исследования является предприятие, занимающееся разработкой компьютерного программного обеспечения ООО «Наука». Цель выпускной квалификационной работы - проведение анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и разработка мероприятий по её совершенствованию. Исследованы теоретические основы управления финансово-хозяйственной деятельностью предприятия. Проведен анализ финансово хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Наука», а именно анализ структуры имущества и источников его формирования, оценка стоимости чистых активов организации, анализ финансовой устойчивости, анализ ликвидности, обзор результатов деятельности, анализ рентабельности и показателей деловой активности. Были сформулированы выводы о финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации, предложены мероприятия по её совершенствованию и приведено обоснование эффективности этих мероприятий.

The Object of study is an enterprise engaged in the development of computer software, LLC “Science”. The purpose of the final qualifying work is an analysis of the fi-nancial and economic activities of the enterprise and the development of measures to improve it. The theoretical bases of management of financial and economic activity of the enterprise are investigated. The analysis of financial and economic activities of LLC "Sci-ence", namely the analysis of the structure of property and sources of its formation, assessment of the value of the net assets of the organization, analysis of financial stability, liquidity analysis, review of the results of ac-tivities, analysis of profitability and indicators of business activity. Conclusions about the financial and economic activities of the or-ganization were formulated, measures for its improvement were proposed, and a justification for the effectiveness of these measures was given.
