В данной работе на основе научных и нормативно-правовых источников, проведен анализ современных тенденций в развитии правовых механизмов государственного регулирования экономики. Рассмотрены возможности институтов реализации админитративного права. Предложены направления разработки эффективных правовых норм и ограничений для совершенствования механизма административно-правовых действий в экономики России.
In this paper, on the basis of scientific and regulatory sources, an analysis of current trends in the development of legal mechanisms of state regulation of the economy is carried out. The possibilities of institutions of the realization of administrative law are considered. The directions of the development of effective legal norms and restrictions to improve the mechanism of administrative and legal actions in the Russian economy are proposed.
