В данной работе применяется численное моделирование частиц в трехмерной модели котла-утилизатора на основе расчета течения газа в программном пакете ANSYS Fluent. Получены треки частиц и процентное соотношение осевших частиц при изменении диаметра, плотности, начальной скорости частиц, а также при учете влияния силы термофореза и подъемной силы Сэффмана.
In this paper, we apply numerical simulation of particles in a three-dimensional model of a heat recovery boiler based on the calculation of gas flow in the ANSYS Fluent software package. Particle tracks and the percentage ratio of the settled particles with a change in the diameter, density, initial particle velocity, as well as taking into account the influence of thermophoresis force and the Seffman lifting force were obtained.
