The purpose of the master's thesis is to assess the effectiveness of the use of small hydropower for the power supply of mo-STOV and adja-cent territories on the example of the power supply of mo-STOV across the Neva river in St. Petersburg and the power supply of residents of the Okhotsk district of Khabarovsk Krai.
