Объектом исследования является деятельность ООО «РИОМАРКЕТ» Целью выпускной квалификационной работы магистра является разработка системы управления с поставщиками для ООО «РИОМАРКЕТ». В процессе работы проведено исследование практики управления работы с поставщиками в ООО «РИОМАРКЕТ», предложены методы совершенствами управления взаимоотношениями с поставщиками. Предложен план по внедрению системы управления взаимоотношениями с поставщиками для снижения логистических затрат. Приведено экономическое обоснование проекта.
The object of the study is the activity of LLC "RIOMARKET". The purpose of the final qualifying work is the development of a system of management of the relationship with suppliers for LLC "RIOMARKET". In the course of the work, a study was conducted of the practice of managing relationships with suppliers of LLC "RIOMARKET", suggesting methods for improving the management of relationships with suppliers. A plan is proposed for implementing a relationship management system with suppliers to reduce logistics costs. The commercial efficiency of the proposed measures has been calculated.
