В данной работе продемонстрирована сущность подхода к созданию многофункциональной платформы доставки биологически активных соединений на основе полимерных биодеградируемых скаффолдов и микроносителей комплексного состава. Определены адсорбционный и адгезионные потенциалы поверхности скаффолдов, изучены жизнеспособность клеток, взаимодействующих с системой скаффолд/микрокапсулы, и их способность к пролиферации на поверхности скаффолда. Разработана конкретная модель многофункционального комплекса с антимикробными и остеогенными свойствами.
This paper demonstrates the essence of the approach to creating a multifunctional platform for the delivery of biologically active compounds based on polymeric biodegradable scaffolds and microcarriers of complex composition. The adsorption and adhesion potentials of the surface of scaffolds were determined, the viability of cells interacting with the scaffold / microcapsule system, and their ability to proliferate on the scaffold surface were studied. A specific model of a multifunctional complex with antimicrobial and osteogenic properties has been developed.
