Данная работа посвящена выяснению молекулярных механизмов модуляции ноцицептивной системы со стороны NO-ергической системы на уровне первичного сенсорного нейрона. Изучен метод локальной фиксации потенциала для регистрации активности нейронов дорзальных ганглиев спинного мозга. Получены экспериментальные данные, иллюстрирующие влияние активатора NO-ергической системы на активационное воротное устройство медленных натриевых каналов.
This paper is devoted to clarifying the molecular mechanisms of modulation of the nociceptive system by the NO-ergic system at the level of the primary sensory neuron. The patch-clamp technique for recording the activity of spinal cord dorsal ganglia neurons was studied. Experimental data were obtained illustrating the effect of the activator of the NO-ergic system on the activation gating device of slow sodium channels.
